FAVORITE book ever! I love the character descriptions and how different Eleanor and Park initially seem. I'm so excited that the movie rights were recently picked up- hopefully we can expect a movie release by 2015!

I thought it was really interesting that both Eleanor and Park had different perceptions of each other that they had to face as they got to know each other. Eleanor wasn't wearing those clothes to be cool or different, she didn't have money to buy clothes. Park's life from the inside wasn't as perfect as she had imagined it. I thought Rainbow Rowell gave the characters so much depth.

I totally agree! I love how real her characters felt, which really came through in their relationship especially. It's easily one of my favorite Y.A. books of all time.
